05 Code of Conduct

Charter of Discipline.

These rules apply to every participant, for the whole of RSIC. Read them before you arrive. Breaking any of them means disqualification.

  1. Prohibited Substances and Items

    Participants shall not possess, use, or bring any prohibited substances or unauthorised items onto the premises.

  2. Harassment and Misconduct

    Any form of harassment, intimidation, discrimination, bullying, or inappropriate behaviour towards participants, organisers, staff, or other individuals will not be tolerated.

  3. Protection of School Property

    Participants are expected to treat all school property, facilities, equipment, and resources with due care and respect. Any damage caused through negligence or misconduct will be subject to appropriate action.

  4. Safety Responsibilities

    All participants must comply with established safety procedures and instructions issued by the organising team and school administration.

  5. Liability for Personal Belongings

    Participants are responsible for the security and safekeeping of their personal belongings. The organisers and school administration shall not be held liable for lost, damaged, or misplaced personal items.

  6. Behavioural Conduct

    Participants must maintain respectful, responsible, and appropriate conduct throughout the event and comply with the instructions of the organising committee and management.

  7. Restricted Items and Permission

    Items such as medicines, perfumes, or any liquid or edibles are prohibited on campus.

  8. Cooperation with Management

    Participants are required to cooperate fully with the organising committee, event management, school administration, and authorised personnel at all times.

  9. Identification

    Participants must carry and display valid identification or event credentials whenever required by the organising committee or management.

Heads upViolation of any of these regulations will result in disqualification.
